She is certified in TTI Success Insights DISC and 12 Driving Forces, powerful tools she uses to support leaders and boards of directors in understanding behavior and motivation. Kim also holds a Culture Vital Signs Certification through Instill AI, further deepening her expertise in cultivating healthy organizational cultures. Kim lives in Cedaredge, Colorado, at the base of the Grand Mesa, with her husband, Jon. She finds balance and inspiration in nature—often hiking remote trails, tending to her garden, or exploring the area's rich Indigenous history. She brings that same grounded energy and sense of discovery into her work with every client.
