How does the discovery call work?
It's a relaxed chat about where you're at right now: the good, the bad, and the bureaucratic. We'll see if coaching together is the right fit before you book a single session.
Which rate applies to me?
If you're a non-profit leader, entrepreneur, or government employee in Western Colorado meeting in person, it's $50 per hour. If you're a manager in a conservation organization meeting on Zoom, it's $125 per hour.
Do I have to commit to all 5 sessions?
Nope. Sessions are booked one at a time, so you can start with one and keep going as long as it's helping (up to five).
Is this right for me?
If you supervise staff, you're coachable, and you're ready to look inward and do the work, yes. If you're looking for a quick fix or want to blame your team for everything, this probably isn't your jam.
